HUD General Council letter re: Proposed Rule to Implement EO 13690
NYSFSMA sent a letter to Mr. Aaron Santa Anna, Assistant General Council with HUD on December 13, 2016. The letter included NYSFSMA support for the proposed rule, as well as suggestions to help strengthen the rule.
