Description: With the release of HEC-RAS 6.6 in the fall of 2024, modelers have had the ability to try out the beta Pipe Network features to model urban stormwater systems. In this webinar, we'll discuss different use-cases for traditional HEC-RAS models vs. stormwater modeling software. We will look at some of the limitations of traditional modeling frameworks and how advances in data and technology are helping to overcome those limitations. Finally, this session will highlight three types of stormwater analysis that can be performed using the new HEC-RAS Pipe Network capabilities.
